Though it wasn´t planned, this was the beginning of a full remodeling project. A kitchen built at the start of the 90s longed for a new look that allowed the family to gather new generations and memories.
"This is a very special project for me. One of my best friends wanted to surprise his mom with this kitchen remodel and expansion. It was built at the beginning of the 90s and has always been the heart of the home, so we redesigned the architectural plans to connect this important space with the living-dining room." - Romel
The main premise of this kitchen was to achieve optimal distribution and greater storage, for that reason we decided to have an "L" layout with high cabinets, and a support piece of furniture that could store more appliances.
The material selection was minimal, with visually light materials like American oak and white quartz countertops, generating a feeling of cleanliness and relaxation,
