Casa Magnolias is a 2-bedroom house located in Mojoneras. In a complex of houses located in the Ixtapa-Mojoneras area, an interior intervention was carried out with a thoughtful design that demonstrates that the essence of the spaces and the way we live within them can be changed.
IN PROGRESS
After enduring four years of ownership marred by subpar materials and a lack of character, our client entrusted us with the task of redesigning his home. We began with an extensive inspection post-delivery, rectifying all construction flaws and concealed defects before embarking on a comprehensive remodeling and interior design journey. Our ultimate objective was to cultivate an environment that exudes relaxation and calm.
LIVING A BALANCED, MODERATELY PACED, LOW-FUSS LIFE
The project begins with a sophisticated material narrative featuring a nearly monochromatic color palette, complemented by warm light woods and sleek steel. This harmonious blend captures the serene yet vibrant essence of our clients, perfectly embodying their modern, youthful spirit.

The kitchen design offers bespoke storage solutions, expertly addressing the challenge of optimizing increasingly compact spaces. Large window frames are reminiscent of beautifully painted canvases, beckoning the tranquil garden beyond. With elements of American oak, elegant oyster quartz countertops, and crisp white cabinetry, the space envelops its inhabitants in an atmosphere of peace and serenity
The wine cellar, seamlessly integrated into the kitchen, boasts American oak sides and stainless steel shelves, imbuing the space with a rugged masculinity that echoes our client's passion for automobiles and adventure.
The upper floor features a beautifully designed bathroom and two inviting bedrooms. Our focus was to maximize every square foot while preserving the authenticity of the materials used

In the master bedroom, we prioritized ample storage without compromising aesthetics, featuring a floor-to-ceiling closet with American oak doors that filter the morning light, crafting a warm and restful retreat.
The main bathroom is a sanctuary, elegantly adorned with small white tiles that create a sense of verticality and embrace.
